Steven M. Hamburg

Steven HamburgSteven M. Hamburg concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial, business and personal litigation, including fiduciary and estate litigation, class action litigation and the resolution of complicated disputes. He has significant trial and appellate level experience in all of those areas.  His practice is divided between plaintiff and defense work and involves practice before a variety of state and federal tribunals, including state circuit courts, federal district courts – as well as federal and state appellate courts.

Mr. Hamburg has successfully conducted numerous bench and jury trials involving antitrust, health care, real estate, construction, bankruptcy and commercial transaction disputes. He has had significant experience in class action litigation, having obtained an $18 million recovery from a national oil change company for customers across the United States and a settlement against a privately owned country club in St. Louis for over $3.5 million equity owed to former members.
